The presentation is great, turn around time speedy, but Im not able to see the bottom of the dress to see if the stains came out. So I'm giving 3 stars due to this. Thanks again...
I sent in my wedding dress to be preserved. It took less time than it said to be done. It looks beautiful in the box. Love it!
Once I shipped my dress I received it back very quickly. It was beautiful and they removed the cake stains. Very happy!
Nice job, quick service. Love the way the dress and vail are displayed in the box.
It looks clean, but the way it was packed in the box didnt look as good as i expected. It looks bunched up in the back and you can see the inner part on the top of the bust of the dress.
Overall, the gown looks great. I was a little disappointed that the ribbon holding the gown in the box was placed between the beading of my dress in a way that looks like it could pull the beading off. Other than that, the gown looks beautiful.
I had a lot of stains on the bottom and front of my gown and it looks amazing! You guys are great!
I got married in August 2013 and I didn't turn in my dress til January 2015 and I got it back with 2 weeks in amazing condition!
