I was so happy with the way the dress came out! It arrived right on time, and the whole process was very easy. Don't know how it all fit in the box... But it looks great! Very nicely done. Doesn't take up a lot of space into house.

We were most impressed with how you kept us updated on where my daughter's wedding gown was at. It was so nice to know you received it, when you were working on the restoration, and when it was returned and expected delivery. The communication was perfect! Not being able to take the dress out of the box, we were not able to see if the buttons were mended; however, based on the excellence of the restoration process and packaging, and excellence in communication, we trust it was mended like new! Overall the process was very easy sent it out came back real quick and looks amazing!! So happy that I can look at my gown anytime i want it's beautiful!!!
Overall I was very pleased with how easy the process of packaging the dress up and shipping it off was. Despite how impressed I am with the overall presentation of the dress once it was returned to me, I am very disappointed that the box it is stored in is partially ripped on one side. Though I know the dress is properly preserved inside, it is quite an eye sore to look at such a beautiful product and then see that the box is torn.
