My dress is beautifully packaged and it I got it back very quick.
I am happy I found this affordable option that also make my gown presentable and not just hanging up in a bag. I regret not having sent my sash and with the joy of a sealed box, I can't add it on my own. I am happy it's seal, but am sad I can't get to it to add anything to the box. It's beautifully presented. It was easy to send out and I got it back in great form.
The customer service was amazing. I had purchased the preservation kit from David's Bridal for my daughter's gown, five years ago--and forgot that I had it. When I found it, I telephoned Memories Gown Preservation and they told me to go ahead and pack up the gown and send it to them. They let me know when they received it, and then when it was shipped back. The gown arrived back to me just when they said it would, and it looks beautifully packed and ready to keep for a long time. This was a super simple process. My kit was missing a shipping label, tape, and a twist tie - not a huge deal, more inconvenient than anything. I got my dress back quickly and it looks great! My only complaint is that when I stand the box up the dress slides down a bit do it's better to leave it flat. Overall, I would recommend this to all of my friends getting married.
I wish there was "placement" options for extras you send in. But quality of service was GREAT, would use again
