Got the dress back quickly and it looks okay but is placed on the busy crooked and isn't centered in the box so I'm not going to display it as originally planned.
I was very happy and impressed at the finished product because my dress was so "fluffy." I couldn't be happier!

The dress and preservation overall is beautiful. I gave a low rating because they spelled my name wrong and the preservation date on the front of the box is wrong. Wish they would have paid a little more attention to the details.
The turn around time was fantastic. The way the dress and veil are presented is so beautiful. My only negative comment is the beautiful ribbon that was placed across the mid-section of the dress. It says something like "Preserving memories for a lifetime" It is all twisted in the dress and you can bearly read it. And because everything is already sealed, I can't open it to fix it. So bummed.
I was very happy with my dress it looks amazing. The hole service was so easy and in a very timely manner.. I would use them in a heartbeat again
Sent in my daught-in-law's wedding gown. Got it back and the additional sash I paid to add wasn't in the box. I contacted customer service and she instantly sent me a return label and the problem was corrected. When the dress finally arrived it was beautifully done. Would highly recommend!
