My wedding gown and veil came back beautifully preserved. It sparkled just like the day I got married. I have to admit I did not think it was going to look as beautiful as it was, so my expectations were far exceeded. There was such a quick turn around time on receiving my gown back which was greatly appreciated as I could admire how stunning it was again. Thanks so much for making this a great experience
Although I (obviously) have not opened my preserved wedding gown, I was very pleased to receive an email about my gown after I had shipped it out, confirming that it was safely in their hands. And then I got an email with the tracking information when it was being sent back to me. I did not have to wait long at all for them to complete the process. I am glad to know that my gown is safely preserved and guaranteed if there are any problems after I open 20 or 30 years from now.
Recommend to all... I was so pleased with the display of my gown when I got it back and how beautiful it looked. All my friends and family have been impressed and I am excited for my daughter to one day hopefully wear it! I had issues with UPS and the staff was great in helping to make sure that the gown got back to me quickly.
It was a little nerve racking sending the dress off in the mail but we had it back in two weeks and it looks GREAT! Ready for the future generation to proudly wear it!!! Thanks so much!
