Overall my experience was good, but when I got my dress back there was a huge dent in the box and the box my dress was in is ripped and dented now.

Easy instructions to follow when it came time to send the gown to clean and preserve. Kept me informed via emails every step of the way. Received and very satisfied.
They did a great job. My dress was stained from spray tan and beer, and they made it look as beautiful as it did on my wedding day. I would highly recommend that every bride make this one last wedding purchase. You won't regret it!

Quick turnaround. Box arrived back with a big dent in the front, though.
I was nervous sending my dress and veil to someplace I has no clue on. But I was pleasantly surprised when it cam back and my veil was draped over my dress. The arrangement is beautiful, thank you very much for preserving my dress!
