My experience with the memories gown preservation company was an almost hassle free situation. The only thing that was a little inconvenient was that I had to find & then drive to a UPS drop off center to send my gown out. I believe there should be a number to call for them to pick up the gown from the residence. But once my dress left and arrived there, they were very hands on with communicating as to what would happen while my gown was there. It was so easy to use, my dress was returned faster than I expected and it is beautifully preserved.
It has been over 11 years since my wedding. However, I was waiting to get my dress cleaned and preserved until after I was able to have my two daughters take some pictures playing and pretending with it. We had our photo session on Labor Day and captured some fantastic moments with my girls. After sharing with some family, I plan to put the photos away until one of my girls get married and then it can be a gift from me for their wedding!
