The dress came back quick and looks absolutely beautiful in the package!

Turned out beautiful.
The gown came back packaged as expected. The only problem I have with that is that it is completely sealed, and we really have no idea if any possible stains were removed, or what?! I wish there had been before and after photos of the dirty areas so that we will know if the gown can be used again.
I did not know what to expect. I was so surprised when my dress was returned. It looks phenomenal. I left it sit out as a display for a while I was so proud of how it looks all boxed up. Thank you.
My dress preservation experience as wonderful. I sent my dress off with many hesitations as I was not sure how it was going to come back. It came back preserved beautifully in a box that can be displayed for others to see. It is exactly how I wanted it saved for the future. Quick turnaround from the company with no issues at all. Highly recommend if you are thinking about dress preservation.
I had to send my gown back so some things could be fixed. I'm still waiting to be contacted so I can approve the "fixes" before it comes back to me. Maybe whoever reads this can look into it.
Naturally we did not take the dress out of the box so I assume any stains came clean as well, but as far as the packaging I was VERY PLEASED! It looks absolutely wonderful and would look nice on display in a large bedroom.......my daughter was very happy to se her dress again! Thank you so very much!
