My wedding dress was returned quickly and looked wonderful. The dress, veil, sash and even slip were cleaned and displayed beautifully!

The dress looks nice and tightly packed. I didn't want to Pull apart the dress but I did have to open the box because the belt was twisted.
They did a good job with the preservation part of the process but it mailing my dress back to me they sent it to the wrong address and it had to be sent back to Texas in order for them to call me and confirm my address and then send it back to me. When I called to let them know that they had the wrong address so that they could correct it before it was sent back to Texas, I was forced to speak to the after hours line even though it was 3:00 p.m. in Texas. I got my dress it was perfect but the box was damaged from shipping I emailed a pic to you guys and had 2 calls about it within 15-20 minutes both lady's where very nice and walked me through sending my dress back to be repacked in a new box the next time I got my dress it was perfect and so was the box thank you all so very much I love my dress and you guys where do hepfull
