I loved the way they arranged the veil inside of the box. Looked nice. My two biggest complaints would be that the dress was tilted to one side of the box and I couldn't shake it straight. The other would be that I paid for the extra detail care on the beading and when I got it back there were two threads sticking out as if the beading was ripped while cleaning.

I was in absolute awe when I got my dress back! I had no idea it would be packaged the way it was! I knew it would be cleaned the best it could be but I was impressed; you went above and beyond in my opinion. I thought to myself, now that it is back to its perfect state my mini me could possibly wear it one day :). Thank you for taking great care of my dress!

Beautiful job! The website says it takes 3-6 weeks to get the dress back but mine came back about 2 weeks after I sent it. The box looks just like the picture and my dress was placed beautifully in it. Great job, would highly recommend.
My dress got back to me quickly and everything was processed in a timely manner. The display is beautiful but I am disappointed with one aspect of it. I had my shawl preserved and it was included in the display (as I wished) but it fell off one of the shoulders. I don't want to open it to fix it (I don't want to compromise the preservation). Overall, I would recommend this service!
The box was a little bent and a piece of the dress was folded over but overall it was good.
