My dress came back and looks absolutely beautiful! It is packed up and displayed so beautifully! I couldn't have asked for anything better! Thank you SO much!!
Gown came back beautiful! Looks brand new. I did however have to send it back because it was shipped to me with the wrong warranty and box. I also did not like the "preserving memories" ribbon placed around the waist of the dress.

I ordered this kit from Bed Bath and Beyond. It had to be shipped from the vendor. It arrived about 2 weeks later and found they only shipped the box. Nothing else was included (as stated in the description). I had to return the empty box to UPS and have another kit sent to me. After that one arrived I was able to pack the kit, but again as stated on what was included, was missing the tie for the bag and the shipping tape. No big deal, just used some I had on hand. The service was great and I received my gown back quickly. It is beautifully displayed and shrink wrapped! I love it!
Looks great from what I can see in the box, I was just disappointed that the cardboard box was broken. Not sure if it was torn when being wrapped tightly in the plastic or just from being moved around during shipment.
My dress looks so amazing and th veil was placed ove dress so beautifully!
The results were okay. I felt the dress could have been a little more form fitting (gathered by the waist) in the box. Also, the halter top of the dress could have been presented a bit better. The dress will remain unopened however these minor things would have made the outcome look better. Thanks
I could not have been more happy about how my dress turned out! I wore a beaded belt around my dress st my wedding and wanted that displayed around the bodice. There wasn't an option for that on the order form so I called customer service; it was kinda late so the 24 hr rep took my info and said they'd call me first thing in the morning. The next morning around 8:30 I got a call and the woman was so nice and informative and told me how to fill out the form in order to get the belt wrapped around the bodice to display in the ... read more
