I purchased the preservation kit for my daughter-in-law and gave it to her at her shower. I took care of everything for her after the wedding. She just gave me the dress, slip and veil. It could NOT have been any easier. Packed it up, shipped it off and in a few weeks it was delivered back to our house. She could not be happier and I came off looking like the wonderful mother in law, doing such a nice thing for my new daughter. When if fact, the work was already done for me. There was a small hole in the first layer of the plastic when I got it and the top paper piece just above the bosom is crooked. The box also looks a little cheap. Time will tell if the packaging is effective enough to keep it preserved.

My gown came in a few weeks ago.Im not sure if it was ups fault or memories gown preservation but my dress is half way covering up my sash and there isa flap of some sort hanging down from the inside top of the box blocking a portion of my dress...Don't want to deal with the hassle of sending it back to get the issues fixed.....
Overall my experience was great. I followed the instructions for sending in the dress and received it back in no time at all! After taking the gown box out, it turns out UPS didn't do such a great job of taking care of the "fragile" item. The gown box was partially broken. Luckily for me, Memories Gown Preservation has excellent customer service. I called and they gladly helped me return the gown box to be exchange at no cost to me. My gown looks great. I wish I could add my jewelry without breaking the seal. I didn't send my jewelry since the instructions said that it would just be put under the gown. I wish I could have had my necklace around the neck displayed in all the beauty.
I sent my wedding dress, veil, and my undergarments along with my daughters flower girl dress and everything came back perfect. I loved how it was all arranged in the box. My daughters dress came in its own box. I would use them again.
My gown looks like brand new.
