The whole process was so simple and easy!! It was quick too!! From the time I ordered my kit and got my dress back was about three and a half weeks!! I didn't really know what to expect it to look like when it came back and it was beyond what I could have ever expected it to look like!! I loved it! It was more beautiful than I even thought it would be.
My dress showed up enclosed with a double protection layer which I was happy to see. They did a very good job at making it look brand new!
The dress is already starting to fall down in the box and they flattened out some of the pleats in the bodice when they put it in the box.
My God-Mother (Aunt as well) bought me my wedding dress. She also bought the Preservation Box so that I can preserve my dress. I did everything when I came back from our honeymoon. I stuffed everything in the bag and into the box, like the directions stated. I shipped it out and it came back. Amazing. I will give it a 5 star however the chest is flattened a bit but I will settle only because that dress is a meaning of new life! However I am very pleased and thank you for such quick service!
I was very impressed with how fast the gown was returned. The presentation of the gown in the box is beautiful. I would recommend using Memories Gown Preservation for any garment you need cleaned and preserved.
