Amazing work! It's been 17 years and 8 months since my wedding day. Stains on my gown had been there all those years but when it came back from Memory Gowns it was as white and stain free as when I purchased it! Thank you for saving my dress!
Fast service! Everything looked great and arrived in perfect condition!
I included a purse, handkerchief and garter with my order. The purse is on the top of the dress and is wobbling everywhere, I feel like this should have somehow been secured or at least put towards the bottom of the box. The garter and the handkerchief are just kind of tossed to the side of my dress. Overall, it's poor presentation and I wouldn't waste my money on including these extra items when you get your dress preserved. My Dress came back better than I expected. I Love that I can display it in my house and everyone comments on how wonderful it looks. More than worth the money. Such a great memory that I can cherish for the rest of my life. I recommend this place to everyone!
Everything was done quickly. So easy to do. Instructions were easy to understand. When it arrived home it was put together beautifully in the box. Couldn't of been happier. I guess my only down side thing would be that you don't know if it's really clean without breaking the seal in the box. They should send or include just a couple of after pictures. Other than that, everything was perfect.
Meories Gown Preservation didi a wonderful job in cleaning and preserving the wedding gown and veil. We opted for the premium service and were thrilled with the additional service. Now we can see the beautiful gown and veil yet not have to worry that it will be damamged. I was very impressed with the quick turn around time. I couldn't believe it when we received the preserved dress within a week of sending it off. I am so glad I purchased this service when I purchased my daughter's wedding gown!
