I received my wedding dress is this elegant box that was packaged very well and it was returned back to me from Memories Gown Preservation is less than two weeks. Which I was amazed by. Thank you for taking care of my dress.
While my wedding dress does look beautiful boxed and preserved, there was a charge for "seam repair" that I did not ask for nor authorize. I'm not sure what that even means but I hope when the time comes for me to pass on my dress, that everything is ok. I could have sent it back or disputed it but I don't want this company having my wedding dress a second longer than necessary.

My dress looks absolutely beautiful! It is not on the bodice correctly, and slightly crooked, but other then that it looks great.
My gown had stains from an airbrush tan under the arms. They got all of the tanner out of my dress and it is now stain-free! The preservation looks great too!
It was great but UPS didn't handle it with care. Box was crushed some on one side but thank goodness the seal did not break.

I purchased my dress through David's Bridal and I purchased the gown preservation through David's Bridal as well. When I first obtained the box I thought there was no way my dress was ever going to fit in there but, once opened, the instructions are very clear on how to assemble the delivery box and how to package my items.
