I sent in my dress, just as the instructions indicated. I received it back much earlier than I expected, which was a wonderful surprise! It was just as beautiful as I remembered and in it's memory box.
They did a wonderful job on the preservation but there was a mix up with the shipping that was not this companies fault but the UPS delivery.
