Perfection! My dress was dirty from dragging on the ground! And I thought it would be ruined. When I sent my dress in for cleaning and preserving I never expected to receive my dress preserved and cleaned and on a mannequin hanger! Incredible! I'm so thankful my mom talked me into this! I have nothing bad to say about my experience. My dress looks amazing and it was delivered before the expected date.
It is nice to have my dress neatly packaged and in a box that displays it easily. I am disappointed, however, in the overall look of the dress and box. My dress, which I bought through David's bridal, does not look as pretty as the ones in the email you sent me. The shrink wrap around it is bunched at seams, which does not look very neat. Also my dress does not look very appealing in the box. There is tissue paper hanging down from the top of the box that is distracting.
