The turn around time was very slim and we appreciate that. I wasn't happy with the belt being turned on one side, but we can't open the box to fix it. Also, the garter we included was literally just pinned on the front of the dress, not artistically arrange in a good fashion. The lack of attention to detail leaves me wondering about the cleaning the wedding dress itself, but we won't know because it would jeopardize the preservation if we opened the box. We're somewhat pleased, but not totally.
I was very pleased when I received my wedding gown in my preservation box. The only thing that I disliked was that my box was slightly bent and it could have came from shipping.

This process was pretty easy and the gown arrived much faster than I'd expected. Most of the grime on the dress was at the bottom (outdoor wedding!) and the way it's positioned I can't necessarily verify how spotless it is. However, everything looked very clean and polished, and the dress (with very delicate lace) looked like it was handled with care. So worth it, would not recommend anything but this. Professional and quality work.
I received my dress in less than a month of dropping it off at UPS, and they emailed me a tracking number so I could keep tabs on where it was. I haven't opened the box (which is also wrapped in plastic to further protect it from mildew), but my dress looks great! I especially love how they draped my veil so you can see the trim, but it doesn't cover the view of the bodice. Memories gown preservation surpassed my expectations. I was blown away to get my gown back in less than 2 weeks and it looked amazing! I was actually brought to tears to see that my dress will be in mint condition forever!
