Fast Easy Beautiful
Instructions were easy to follow. Shipping was a breeze and most importantly the package came back, the dress and veil were beautifully packed and preserved in the sealed carton. Thank you..
My dress came back looking perfect. Shipping was quite fast. The belt on my dress was torn, and it came back fixed perfectly, and all in all it looks fabulous, clean, and the box looks good as well.
Everything was FANTASTIC!! The only concern that I have is the way they put my "wedding hanger" in the box. The hanger has my last name on it made of wire...it looks as if they scrunched the wire together and put it in the box...it just looks like a ball of wire connected to a hanger in front of my beautiful dress. It's really upsetting...so I don't show off the awesome preserved dress. If you use this service, please be very, very, specific with the directions you send in. They were very quick to preserve and send my gown. My only complaint is that I was not told when it was sent out, so when it was dropped off, it was outside for several hours without my knowledge.
Overall the dress came back looking very good. Although I cannot take it out and inspect the once very dirty train, I trust the check mark saying that is cleaned up excellently. The reason I have given 3 stars instead of 5 is that some of the threads on the beading came loose from the cleaning. (I took detailed pictures of my dress before sending it in and went back to look and there were no visible loose threads & beads there before) I am mostly disappointed by this because they could have been easily tucked or tacked down ... read more
Price seemed fair and prompt service and the dress looked very lovely the way it was presented in the package. Unfortunately, since you can't open the package you really can't see the quality of the cleaning so I just have to have faith that it was done with care.
