They did a great job with my wedding dress. It looks professionally boxed up and beautiful again. I'm so happy I can just glance at the box and think of my wedding any day :)
I had sent my daughter's dress off during her honeymoon. It was returned within two weeks!! UPS returned it in perfect condition as promised! I was simply amazed! It was beautifully packaged for display. My daughter was absolutely delighted with excitement when she saw it. She immediately shared with others on social media. Two other brides that she knew went out that day and purchased the kit for their upcoming wedding.
Obviously I can not open the packaged gown to inspect it, but it looks clean and nicely placed in its box. The box having a window is much nicer and more convenient than the old days (like my moms dress) when if you wanted to see it, you had to completely un-package it.
The dress looks beautiful!
The gown and veil are beautifully presented in the box, except for the strings of pearls that should be hanging down from a cutout in the lace on the neck. I'm going to take the whole thing back to David's Bridal before I breach the seal to try to fix it, so they can advise me if I have to send it back to your company to reseal the box or if they can do it (or I can have it resealed somewhere locally). Perhaps you could advise me what I should do? Otherwise, I'm very happy with it.

I was very impressed with the job done on my gown, we had an outdoor wedding in a wooded setting and I never would have imagined they could get the stains out - plus it was so hot that day - but they did so happy!
