Received my wedding dress back and it looks great! My OCD wants me to straighten the dress a little more, but that would mean I would have to break the seal which they recommend not doing. Besides that, I'm happy on how it they presented it. Thank you!

I was not happy with the results when the gown was first done. After receiving my notice is displeasure, the company called and offered to do whatever needed to be done to make me happy. They sent me a postage paid label to return the gown. I returned the gown and the necessary adjustments were done perfectly! Outstanding customer service & satisfaction. Highly recommended.
