It gets 5 stars on price and speed. Presentation gets 4 stars. The box is one the nicest I have seen. I like how it is simple and modern. It is not distracting. I took the option to have our name, etc. added to the box. Which would have looked amazing except that it is not center on the box. It's more off to the side. I agree that the writing on the ribbon is a bit distracting. It looks like they tried to hide it under the belt on the dress, so it is not too bad. My gown was back in record time, I waited less than a month to have it returned to me. My dress was very large and I honestly wondered how it would fit into that box and how it would look. I couldn't be more pleased with the finished product, thank you for making my dress continue to look beautiful!
My daughter's wedding gown was beautifully boxed and preserved, and done fairly quickly too. The only "complaint" I have with MGP is that I specifically requested that her veil be positioned to the SIDE of her dress, but they went right down the middle with it. Not worth having it redone - it looks fine - just not what I had requested. And I do NOT want to have to go through the ordeal of the UPS shipping again. That was ridiculous. Packaging the gown and sending it off was super simple. I immediately received confirmation the gown was being taken care of and then another confirmation when the gown was on its way home. I opted to add my daughter's veil and slip to the package, just to have it all in one place. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the package at how it was set and able to be viewed through the window. The packaging is strong and durable. We are probably among the few that had two wedding gowns preserved within a 3-week time frame! Our two daughters got married only 3 months apart, so that is what happens! As far as I know, the wedding gowns are in excellent shape, from peering at them through the plastic. And, they were returned to us very quickly. I was a little nervous sending my gown in a box in the mail. However, the whole process was very easy, quick and my dress looks great. I received my dress back much sooner than expected and it was neat and well-presented in the display box. Would definitely recommend this service!
Gown was beautifully displayed. Whole process was very simple for my mother to do while we enjoyed our honeymoon!
