My experience was great, honestly better than I espected, you guys did a great job, super fast shipping, it was definetly worth the money.
I am very pleased how my gown came back. Very nicely presented in the box. I wish I would have been provided more time to reply about having the box personalized. I do not check my emails every day so I missed the chance of having this added to the front of the box.
My dress looks amazing! Turn around time was very quick as well. Honestly it looks even better than I hoped it would. Highly recommend.

Awesome service. My dress arrived quick and looked beautiful but the box was damaged. I called and talked to a real live person! They emailed me return postage within the hour and got my dress back to me quickly.

My dress was preserved and displayed so nicely! It looks great! And it was sent back to me well under the "estimated turnaround time"!
I received a call before the final packaging to insure everything was correct. Excellent on turn around time. The only problem was the front of the box is not protected do there are scratches all over the front where you look inside.
