It looks like they did a really good job. It is nicely tucked into the box and I love the clear window to see the bodice. I guess only time will tell how good of a job was done. My only complaint is that the box is very big. I know my dress is a ball gown, but I wish I could tuck it under the bed to get it out of the way. Instead I have to find another place to put it since it doesn't fit.

I was satisfied overall but the dress slides around a bit in the box.
Every thing from getting the gown sent to getting it back was incredible easy and fast. I do have two complaints. 1. I would have liked my garter and belt to be on the gown before it was wrapped, but that wasn't an option. 2. There is a place at the top where the neck of the gown has come out. It is driving me absolutely crazy, but don't know how to fix it.
My gown looks like it has never been worn. I love the way it looks in the preservation box with my belt and garter showing. You did an amazing job. I couldn't believe how fast I got it back. Thank you so very much. I wish I could take it out and wear it. I am so happy I had you put our names and date on the box. It is a very special touch. Thanks again!
When I received my gown, I had to look at it five times.....YES, 5 times. Oh my gosh, my gown looks even more beautiful then on the day of my wedding. Thank you do much.
