My dress looks perfect!!
The dress was back and looking great in about a week!!
The whole process was perfect and easy. The instructions are clear. There are options for any new Mrs. as far as services and personalization. Quick service also. My dress was returned to me iness than a month looking fabulous.

Buying the kit at David's bridal was the best thing ever. This was the easiest shipping thing I have ever done. I followed directions provided very easy step by step. Took the box to ups no charge then waited for dress to return. I reviewed a e mail when they received my dress as well as when they shipped it back out. My dress returned in s timely manner beautifully placed in the sealed box. Thank you thank you for the great service I reckkomend this to everyone.
My gown came back even better than I expected! The presentation in the box with the veil displayed at the top of the dress is just beautiful. I couldn't be any happier with how my dress came out!
The dress came back very nicely;however, the box that it is preserved in is not what was shown to me and is very tacky and am not happy with it at all.
