I sent my dress off to get preserved and when I got it back in the mail I was so excited to be reunited with it however that quickly went away when I opened the package and saw my dress was two different colors. Some might be asking why I still gave a three star rating but I did so because the customer service was excellent. They got right on top of my situation and unfortunately they had to refund me the cost of my dress thus never got it back. I got my daughter's wedding dress and veil done for preservation. It was returned quickly and in a wonderful box for presentation. Window in the front so you can always see inside. It was great and the service was fast and easy. When complete, the box was delivered directly to our home. Thank you!
Memories Gown Preservation made returning my gown so simple and hassle free. All I had to do was follow the instructions, pack up my gown and drop it off at the nearest UPS store.
