My gown looks gorgeous! Can't completely inspect because of the shrink wrap, but it looks brand new! The shop did a great job of repairing my lace as well! Very happy :)

The box was slightly smashed but the dress looks beautiful in there.
My gown appears beautifully preserved and placed in a box and then wrapped and sealed in plastic with instructions to not open the box. I feel that a beautiful, caring job was done and I would highly recommend this service.
