It was a good experience! I just worry that my veil isn't in there cause I can't see it and can't open it to make sure! The dress looks great from what I can see.
Memories Gown Preservation did very well. I was rather skeptical when I first received my gown because there was some yellowing from a stain that was to be removed. When I called, however, the woman I talked with was very helpful and I was able to send in some pictures to verify what the gown looked like before sending it back to be cleaned again. It was very easy to mail off my dress. The instructions are very clear and they had great additional options. I felt the pricing was reasonable. They sent emails to confirm they got the dress and when it was being sent back. The whole process was quick and painless! Perfect!

It was quick and painless. Once I shipped my dress and veil I received an email saying that it had made it to 'Memories Gown Preservation'. I was really excited when I got the email that it had been shipped to head back to me. My gown and veil look just as gorgeous as the day I first picked them up from David's Bridal.
