My only complaint would be that they put a ribbon with their company logo across the front of my dress hiding my bead work and I just got a plain white box, not the fancy one down on this email.
My dress came back looking just like the advertisement!! They were available and willing to answer any questions I had. Besutiful work!!!
The process was very easy and simple. I received my wedding dress in a very neat and beautiful box. No hassle no problem. Very satisfied with the service.
Everything went so smoothly, just packed up the dress and veil, dropped it at UPS and had it back in no time. I can't wait to open the gown again in the future.
From the outside, everything looks great! Since they recommend not removing the shrink wrap, I can only assume the whole thing looks good. The process was very convenient and turn around time was fast. My only small complaint is how large the box is that it's stored in - it seems like there is lots of extra room around the dress.
very good experience...good communication and VERY prompt service. The only problem that I have is actually seeing the entire dress , especially the train to see if you were really able to get the soil out. If I break the seal on the box so that I can view the dress, it somewhat destroys the preservation of the dress. The possible solution to this would be for your company to include photo's of the dress after you have cleaned it and before you pack it in its preservation box that is sealed. Super fast service and my dress came back nicely packed and in a sturdy box! The sales associates I talked to via phone were all very nice and answered all my questions. The only down fall is that they had forgotten to send me a return label (had to call them twice to get it) but I finally received it and was able to ship it via ups very quickly! Thank you so much!!
I had two gowns to clean as my daughters were married one year apart. I saw the coupon on Davids Bridal and decided to go for it. I did one at a time. Both were returned to me within a month. They look beautiful. I would recommend this service. I did upgrade to the $50 package because I wanted more insurance, and the acid free product.
I was so nervous sending out my weddings gowns to be preserved. When I received them back, they looked so incredible and just as beautiful as I wore them on my wedding day. Memories Gown Preservation was thorough and communicated with me as my dresses were being cleaned and preserved. I received my gowns within the time frame given to me and they are in mint condition. I couldn't be happier!
