My dress looks amazing. I was shocked how wonderful it looked. I was a bit upset that my name was incorrectly spelled.
My gown was preserved beautifully! I received an email when they received my dress, and had it cleaned and boxed within a few days. I got it back less than two weeks after I mailed it out. The preservation box was packaged well and is sealed in plastic. It looks absolutely amazing, and the personalization on the box is perfect. Well worth the price! Thanks so much!

Instructions were easy to follow! Gown/packaging look beautiful. And service was extremely fast and efficient. Definitely worth the money and I would definitely recommend.
I felt like the service was very efficient and very speedy, the only thing I wish would have turned out differently was that the tag to the belt in front of dress was sticking out, other than that looks beautiful!
I am very pleased with my gown preservation. The instructions were easy to follow. I received an email telling me that my gown was received and was being processed. I received my gown back very quickly and it looks beautiful!
I was able to wear my mother's wedding dress after 10 years of preservation due to her having it done after her wedding. When I pulled it out of the box it looked just as new as the day it was bought. I had it done again after my wedding and as usual it looks amazing once again. Thanks guys!!!
