After 35 years of the gown being in a bag with lipstick on shoulder I received estimates of $400 and up to preserve. Since that was more than I paid for the gown I did not want to do that. Memories did an EXCELLENT job!!
I sent the dress off and in very short order they sent it back in such a lovely package. The dress looks perfect and having the veil packaged with it is such a good touch. I wish it wasn't an extra $15 for the veil, but it is worth it.
Quick turnaround. I like that I was informed upon your receipt of my dress and accessories. My dress is just as beautifully displayed as it was when hung on a hanger even if I can't see it all or touch it. So pleased!
My wedding gown had originally been preserved over 30 years ago in a box I could not see it. When I opened the box the beautiful gown my Mama had lovingly made for me had yellowed. I didn't hold out much hope that it could be whitened again before it was preserved, but it was! Very happy with everything.. Called on the phone to check the progress and had a very pleasant and helpful conversation. I had two gowns done at the same time and both were returned ready for memories and possible future generations to wear and are happily home. One of the gowns has been worn by three family members and we are now sure both can be ready for others!!
