We were most impressed with how you kept us updated on where my daughter's wedding gown was at. It was so nice to know you received it, when you were working on the restoration, and when it was returned and expected delivery. The communication was perfect! Overall the process was very easy sent it out came back real quick and looks amazing!! So happy that I can look at my gown anytime i want it's beautiful!!!
Overall I was very pleased with how easy the process of packaging the dress up and shipping it off was. Despite how impressed I am with the overall presentation of the dress once it was returned to me, I am very disappointed that the box it is stored in is partially ripped on one side. Though I know the dress is properly preserved inside, it is quite an eye sore to look at such a beautiful product and then see that the box is torn. Thank you for taking such great care of my gown. It came back and looks amazing. I am so HAPPY I decided to preserve it. I will enjoy knowing it is safe for the rest of my life!! :)
Received my dress and veil back quickly and beautifully packaged. Wish you would include two things: 1. A front and back photo of the cleaned dress to show that it has, in fact, been well cleaned. Since you're supposed to leave the box sealed, the dress could still be dirty for all I know. 2. Section for special instructions (best efforts basis). In my example, my veil had lovely flower detailing that I would like to have been able to see in the finished piece. Instead it's hidden away behind the dress. This would give cu... read more
I sent 2 dresses for preservation. One looks great...however the other one is droopy and is not secured in place.
Super fast service. The dress looks beautiful! I don't want to break the seal around the box so I don't actually know how clean the bottom is. But the top looks great.
Memories gown preservation went above and beyond my expectations of what my dress would look like. My dress and veil look amazing in the box! I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to preserve a dress.
