Finally sent my dress for cleaning, 2 years after I got married. I had called customer service because it had been so long that I figured the price had gone up. They honored the original price that I paid! And I was so blown away when I got it back. It was beautifully wrapped and presented.
Really easy to ship and wonderful to get it back just like the first time you saw it in the store. Worth it to preserve.
I am in love with the way that my dress looked after getting the premium service. My dress was returned to me in a sealed box along with my veil and garter. The presentation of my my dress, veil and garter was better then what imagined it would be! I would definitely recommend Memories Gown Preservation!

It looks beautiful and a very quick turn round time. Thank you for letting me know you received my dress. I didn't like parting with it. I like the special touches that I was able to add and how you draped my veil over the front of my dress. I was wondering what and where I was going to put it. I have heard so many stories that when they open their preserved wedding dress that the dress was not cleaned, just in the front, or there is an iron burn mark on it and other terrible things.
