I love the way my gown turned out! I wasn't expecting the 3D mannequin within the box and I looks so pretty! My only qualm was that the box was torn along the window. It's not a big deal, but it kind of takes away from the beauty. At least it's preserved!
The presentation in the box of my dress and veil is better than what I expected. I didn't do the engraving but kind of wish I had now. Oh well, but I can't be happier with the results. Also, I was so pleased that I received frequent email updates letting me know what process my dress was undergoing-received, cleaning, shipped, etc. It made me relieved to know that it wasn't getting lost or anything. Definitely recommend the dress preservation for every bride!
