Shipping and packing my gown was incredibly easy. Packing instructions were very clear and the UPS store made drop off easy as ever. My gown was returned in a remarkable amount of time and I barely knew it was even gone. I do feel that the gown became discolored; I listed it as ivory and it was returned looking slightly darker and the lace on the gown seemingly whiter than the gown. Lastly, the gown is displayed absolutely beautifully in the box and is quite a treasure.
My dress was returned clean and nicely packaged.
