I was extremely please with my gown. It looked good as new! Packaging felt secure and sturdy. I would recommend Memories Gown Preservation to anyone!
The packaging was easy and simple. You just send them the wedding dress in the provided packaging and they send it back cleaned repaired and neatly stored in a nice preservation and display case. I wanted to say that the box they originally shipped the gown back in had been damaged by UPS in shipping. The cover box was literally smashed down several inches on one side. I sent my dress off to have it cleaned and was expecting to wait 2-6 weeks. I actually only waited 1 week from the time I sent it until I got it back. They were very fast and efficient and my dress looks beautiful. I love it. Wonderful service!

Packing up my dress was simple enough with the instructions provided and the pre-paid shipping label was appreciated. I was notified via email both when my gown was received by the company and shipped out. Though I didn't opt for any extras, my gown was shipped promptly and safely. Very happy with the cleaning it received, I had already noticed a stain on the front of the dress was gone. Came packaged beautifully and I display it in my living room.
