The whole process was very well coordinated! From beginning to end the the whole experience was good. I purchased the cleaning, they sent the box to ship it back, I sent it back to them and the dress was cleaned, preserved and back to me in about 2 weeks. The only thing I could possibly say that was negative was there was a wrinkle in the top bodice of the dress. Not too concerned because it will probably never be worn again, so no harm done. Good experience!

It was sent back fast it’s package very well as far cleaning go I’m not exactly sure because I don’t want to open it. Spot cleaning was needed on the bottom of the wedding dress. We will see in a year.

I honestly did not know what to expect. So I nervously sent my dress off and waited. I was able to track if and when my dress made it to its destination. I received a call about the delivery. The representative went through the checklist of what I sent. Then a few days later I received my package. Wow! It’s so beautiful! Would highly recommend to send your dress and any of your wedding accessories in to be preserved. Love it!!
