Shipping was quick. I love the boxed presentation. I was worried a stain on the front of the gown would be visible through the display box, but it’s gone.

The whole process was very well coordinated! From beginning to end the the whole experience was good. I purchased the cleaning, they sent the box to ship it back, I sent it back to them and the dress was cleaned, preserved and back to me in about 2 weeks. The only thing I could possibly say that was negative was there was a wrinkle in the top bodice of the dress. Not too concerned because it will probably never be worn again, so no harm done. Good experience!
