My wedding gown was shipped back clean as new preserved for my granddaughter if she so chooses to wear. They were quick and professional. When there was a issue with my payment they got ahold of me right away.

I was very pleased with the service and I believe it to be preserved for 30 years according to their seal and sticker on the box. Without being able to see the whole dress I assume it was cleaned satisfactory.
