It looks like a good job. Seems to be a smaller box than I expected though. Also the dress is not all the way up to the top of the box for display??

The mail in and return was fast! However, I noticed some stain/s in the front of the dress that I didn't notice before and I wasn't aware of sadly. Since it was in the box I couldn't tell what is was or why it wasn't removed. So I'm hoping that in 3 years at my vow renewal when I take it out I can figure out what it is and hopefully get it out. Sigh

The shipping was easy, printed the label, dropped off at UPS, received the dress, cleaned and preserved 2 weeks later. Highly recommend this place. I was notified by email throughout the whole process. Notified when delivered to drycleaner. Received notification when completed, then notified when shipped back to me.
