I got married 13 years ago. I finally got around to getting my dress cleaned and preserved. I signed up and they quickly shipped the box with great instructions on how to package the dress. The dress was cleaned and packaged beyond my expectations! I received the dress back in about 2 weeks. Highly recommend!

I ordered the platinum package off the Bed Bath and Beyond website. My order form even had “Platinum” written in the top right corner. However, when I received my dress back, it was in the white typical box. I called customer service…no one answered and I left a message…no call back. I would like some of my money back that I paid for the platinum package!

Can’t see the finished work because it is preserved in a beautiful box. The process was easy and getting the gown back so quickly took away a lot of worry over it getting lost in transit
