The dress came back perfectly!! I LOVE that they emailed me when my dress arrived to them AND when my dress was on it's way back to me. Everything was quick and fabulous!! Thank you so much!!!
My gown came back to me quickly and beautifully preserved. It will make a great keepsake, to hopefully be handed down one day.
Great Experience! The dress came in on a timely manner and it looks perfect from the outside. I wished they didn't charge per item; like the dress and veil, because it adds up to the cost. Also, it would be nice to be able to inspect the dress entirely but you cannot since it's a sealed box. So i will trust that its good. other than that, the dress looks perfect and nicely packed. Thank you!

Everything about the process was easy and user friendly. It's nerve racking to put your wedding dress in a box and ship but everything worked out just as described. My dress looks lovely on the form in the box.
The dress looks amazing in the box but, I can't tell if my dress was really cleaned, if stains were taken out, or the condition the dress came back in.
My dress looks so beautiful and great couldn't have asked for a better job it was fast shipping prepaid labels and was sent back promptly ..I got emails confirming everything it was awesome presentation as well thank you
My wedding gown returned home quickly, safely, and beautifully preserved. I was nervous about stuffing my dress into a box and sending it off in the mail, but my worries were for nothing! I also appreciated the card contained in the packaging that informed me of the condition of the gown after cleaning (excellent!), and I love the peace of mind of knowing that something so precious to me is safe and secure. Overall, great experience and I would recommend it to others.
