I'm very pleased with the results of my dress and how fast it came back! My dress looks exactly as it did on my wedding day. I love the way it's displayed in the box and it's an awesome keepsake to have from the most important day of my life. I'm very happy my sister gifted this to me to preserve my dress and one day will hopefully pass it down to my daughter. Cannot say thank you enough to Memories Gown Preservation! Great job!!

I was out of town when my dress was to be delivered back to me so I had UPS hold my package, i didn't pick it up in time and they sent it back to Memories.. that was back in May. I called Memories this morning and while on the phone with me she retrieved my gown put a label on it with my new address and said it would be shipped out today, and we were on the phone for less than 5 minutes. Wonderful customer service!! I'm confident my dress is coming back as beautiful as ever.
