Memories Gown Preservation was an excellent choice for my wedding dress. I actually purchased the Platinum kit through Bed, Bath & Beyond online. The whole process was very easy, and the dress came back quickly. The dress was beautifully packaged in the box. I had a beach wedding, so mud was on the bottom portion of my dress. The dress was marked as having an excellent and successful cleaning, so I am trusting that (you are not able to see the entire dress in the box). The shipping process was fast and easy. The only complaint I have is that a piece of the inside of the box hangs down in the window where the dress is displayed. If I had purchased the preservation for the purpose of displaying my dress I would be rather upset but since I just wanted it clean and a more convenient way to store it, it is ok with me

I procrastinated after my wedding to send in my gown which was in July, But when I finally did in September I was surprise that I got my gown back so quick it says 4-5weeks but it came in about 2weeks.
