I was pleased with how quick I got the dress back. It looks beautiful in the box. Of course, I can't open the box so I can only hope all the pieces are there. Thank you!
It was a quick and easy experience. I recieved my gown about 3 weeks after i sent it out. Dress looks amazing! The only thing i was disappointed in was how the dress is displayed. It looked like there is a cheap plastic sleeve and i feel like it is not holding up well. I had a lot of lace and beadwork on the dress and that kind of weighed it down a bit. I have to make sure it lays down otherwise it just crumples. If there was an option i would have paid of an extra option for a more sturdy body insert. Just a thought.
My gown is beautiful and perfect!!! Everything was done so professional. I would definitely recommend this service to any bride.
Shipped fast, pretty display, not a 5 star though because they left a large dark animal hair stuck in my chiffon overlay and it happens to be right in front of the display window. Not sure how they would've missed that.
My only concern is--you can't really tell if the train on her dress was cleaned thoroughly, because you can't open the box because it is sealed. The train was the dirtiest part of the dress because of it dragging on the floor and ground. From what I saw thru the window, everything looked clean but there is really no way to see what the rest of the dress looks like unless you open the box.
