It took less time to get my gown back than expected. Loved how they had displayed it in the box with the accessories.
Dress was well cleaned and placed nicely in the box. The box however, looked very cheap. I wish a nicer box where you can't see the cardboard cut out edges had been used.
The gown look beautiful and brand new. I cant wait until I can allow someone in my family to look as good as I did on my wedding day. Wonderful job Memories!!!

Did a wonderful job on my dress and in fast time.
This was a very easy process. I dropped off my daughters wedding dress at the Vernon Hills Davids Bridal store and they packaged and sent out to your company. It was great to get notification that the dress had arrived safely to your location and was nice to be able to make any additions to the order.
