I sent my dress & veil and received it back in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the presentation of the gown in the box. I'm glad that I could look at it.only thing I wish they would do is give up pictures or something about the other parts of the dress that aren't visible to show they were cleaned well. Other than. That I was very pleased.
I was really surprised how quickly my dress came back to me. They did a great job! I'm really glad I bought the kit when I bought my dress!
I love that its a doll size box, and you have a window to look at it anytime. As a visual person I would loved that the sash was more centered but other than that it looks beautiful. I was impressed with the quick turn around, less than six my dress was back to me. So happy she's back with me!!

My dress looks amazing, cleaned, repaired and stored on display! I love that I can see it and the veil anytime I want through the window of the storage box.
It did not take long to get my dress back and it looks great. Of course I'm curious if they got the end of my dress nice and clean (it was very dirty from my wedding and reception), but of course I can't open it to see if it's clean. Maybe one day. I really liked that I received an email when they recieved my dress and then when it shipped back. Great experience!

Absolutely thrilled with the preservation of my daughter's wedding gown. I was a bit hesitant after reading mixed reviews but I worried for nothing. The gown looks as beautiful now as it did on her wedding day.
Communication was great and it didn't take long for me to receive my dress back!
