Thank you so much for taking GREAT care of my gown! I was amazed at how fast I got my dress back--within two weeks. Only slight stressful moment was after checking UPS' website that confirmed the dress was dropped at my porch, I came home and it was not there. I had a slight panic attack, but after looking around it seemed they had accidentally dropped the dress at my neighbor's house. Easy and convenient
The dress preservation kit was given to me as a gift from a great friend of the family. I was so happy to have it and when I sent my dress off I was so scared of how it would look coming back. My dress means alot to me. But then I got the email when yall received my dress and I was happy. Then I received my dress and I was so overwhelmed with how it looked. It was amazing and put away so nicely.
It was a fast turnaround. I was told 6 weeks and it was only 3. I was so happy to see the box on my doorstep! What an amazing job. I cried when I saw it. Thank you!
Shipping and the overall process were quick and look fabulous! It only took about a week from the day I shipped my dress to the day it came back. The box looks great and my dress looks beautiful! I'm so happy to have such a special dress displayed like this instead of being shoved in the back of the closet in a dress bag.
