They called me lime I asked them to. The dress came back on time and looks beautiful.
The service is very easy to use. Even though the return time was estimated at 4-6 weeks, the gown arrived in about 2 weeks. This could be due to the fact that October is probably a slower season for weddings but it was a nice surprise. The packaged gown was beautifully arranged in the box. I'll definitely think of Memories Gown Preservation for future weddings.

My wedding memories I was very impressed with the fast professional service I received from Memories Gown Preservation, filling out the paper work was easy and this paper work and my dress looks amazing the box. Instead of being hiding in a clothing bag in the back of my closet my dress is instead displayed in a see thru box that I can look at and be reminded of my happy day. I highly recommend Memories Gown Preservation for your wedding gown.
