Wonderful experience. So easy ! I had the box sitting around for 5 years until I finally got around to sending it away (2 kids, moving..) . They received it quickly and I couldn't believe how fast I got it back ! An email was sent that my dress was recieved so I did not have to worry if it got there or not. My dress was stained yellow and dirty from dancing all night and stayed that way for 5 years. The dress came back spotless and presented beautifully in the box. I would highly recommend this!
