Got married in August 2015, sent me dress back in October 2017 and had no issues with the 2 year gap. Quick turnaround, wonderfully packed and displayed. A++
My dress came back better then I ever imagined and so fast!!!!! There is nothing that needs to be improved, simply perfect!
The dress can back in a timely manner. But the sash was smashed. The directions said the sash would be put under the dress but it was in front of the dress. Also the dress is not straight in the box
I have two complaints that's why only three stars. My wife's name was misspelled ( I didn't contact the company I had given it to her as a gift and didn't want to send it back scared of turn around times etc). Second I would have preferred a call when they received my dress and offered me to upgrade the package to the different types of preservation as opposed to a email . I wasn't very sure which to do and I received the email late or I would have called the department asking for a recommendation on which to choose. But she... read more
The only bummer was the dress is all bunched up in the box which I think was due to shipping. Besides that the process wasn't bad.
