From what I can see, my dress was cleaned wonderfully. I was surprised at how quickly it was returned to me as well. I liked being updated on the status as well. I am very satisfied with the services!
Thank you Memories Gown Preservation for reuniting me with my dress. I was pretty pleased with the turnaround, the communication, and overall experience. If I had one thing to comment about, it would have to be on the quality of the preservation box that the dress was sent to me in. It is not the "best" for lack of words. I was expecting a more "prettier" box. But, the personalization was great! Thank you.
