Fast and good. I sent my dress and it looked great in its packaged box. I have it in my room on display!

Amazing! Send my gown in before my honeymoon and it was there beautiful as ever the day we got back!
The dress looks great! The only negative thing I have to say about it is I paid an extra $15 for them to put my garter in the box and it is upside down and looks like it was just thrown in there.
The dress looks great but the preservation box arrived completely smashed in one corner so it isn't the nicest to display. I know this isn't necessarily the gown preservation company's fault; it is something that likely happened in transit but for something so fragile and precious to a person, better quality packaging/shipping would be a smarter option. Just because the box says 'fragile' doesn't mean they are truly careful with it in transit.
I was very happy with the process from beginning to end. Even when I had forgot to personalize my box, they emailed right when my dress arrived to see if I was interested. The time to recieve my dress back was quick and it came safety to my house all in place.
My experience was excellent. The dress is boxed beautifully; however I cannot see the hem of the dress and it was very dirty.
Service and delivery was timely and as advertised. I have not opened the box to inspect the work and finished product.
