Came back boxed neatly. Did not open box so unsure how well it was cleaned.

I felt it was a great deal! I got my dress back quickly and it appears clean. It came in a display box, so I haven't taken it out, but very satisfied with the service.
At first I was uneasy about sending out my dress to get preserved since I spent so much money on it. Once I recieved it, it was nicely packaged and worth the money spent. I love that I dont have to worry about the dress and the options they had. At first I was going do the basic one but then I decided to do the premium one. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. I got my dress in a week which worked perfectly when moving from NY to CO within the week.
