Order came fast, looks nice
I cannot put into words how happy & impressed I am with my dress! At first I was hesitant to pack my dress in a box & mail it out to an unknown place, but I had faith & did it anyway! It was so easy/convenient to pack & ship (instructions, order form, bag, box, packing tape all included). I mailed it May 6th, it arrived at it's destination for cleaning May 10th & today May 19th I received my dress back! Gown came back just beautiful, it was cleaned and packaged as promised, and arrived before the scheduled return date. I was extremely please with the service and have recommended it to others.
Purchased at David's Bridal for both my daughter's wedding dresses. Put each dress in the box they give you and they gave you everything you need, tape, mailing label. ...Gave to my UPS person and in less than 3 weeks they were back and looks gorgeous in the preserved box.. Easiest thing ever and quite affordable.. Worth every penny!
I was completely satisfied. After the expense of buying my daughter's dress, I just didn't want to throw it in some bag or box and shove in a closet, and that's the end of it. Thank you for the amazing job you did!
